I prefer using the stretchy string because it helps with getting a better fit. If your dog grows or the measurement taken was wrong, it gives them some wiggle room & gives some room to grow!

With your dog in a standing position, use a soft measuring tape and measure around your furry friends neck. You don’t want it to be too tight so leave a little breathing room. For our furry friends with fluffy or thick fur, we suggest adding an inch or so to the measurement, so the necklace isn't too tight or get lost in their fur.
We always recommend using a soft measuring tape for most accurate measurement. If you do not have one you can also use a string, robe tie, etc. to measure size. Then measure whatever you used with a ruler, standard measuring tape or measuring app to convert to inches your measurement.
Please measure correctly to ensure the pawfect fit because all sales are final!
